Our background
A young and full of energy team of people started back in 2014 a small company representing a couple of firms from Dubai. This involved property investments in the tourism business. Through these cooperations our team has also entered in the short term rental business. The management of properties was the next step for our team.
In 2019 the company entered the hotel business. Evaluating and involving in hotel investments from funds abroad interested in the tourism business in our market.
All these have extended our knowledge of the local market in all the above mentioned fields, providing a feeling of security for the investor. Able to provide a clear view of the interested project, in order to have as much secured decision as possible, whether to proceed in a successful investment or not. Furthermore we can provide services beyond the closing of the deal.
